Sofie Johnson, Forensic Analyst

Sofie was born and raised in the Tampa Bay Area and attended the University of South Florida, receiving a Bachelor's degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. During her time at USF, she had the opportunity to volunteer abroad in Thailand, Nepal, and the Dominican Republic and study abroad in Spain, where she honed her interpersonal skills and love of other cultures and really emphasized her desire to help others in need. This led Sofie to pursue her Master of Public Health at the University of Hawai'i, transferring to USF to finish off her Masters with a concentration in Humanitarian Assistance, Global Disaster Management, and Homeland Security. Through her master's program and accompanying internship, she cultivated her skills in problem-solving, communication, project planning, time management, and detail-oriented. Always having a love for numbers, Sofie chose to pursue a career with Perzel & Purdy Forensic CPA's, LLC. in 2024. She is already Certified in Public Health (CPH) and plans to begin working towards her CPA license.
